Well, that depends entirely on your definition of a 'good' christian.
If by good christian you mean good person, then yes. A good person does respect the beliefs of others. (So long as said beliefs are worthy of respect.)
But if you mean good christian as in one who actually follows the teachings of their bible, then no. A good christian in that context would hate others of differing beliefs, and try to convert or kill them as the bible commands.
So in my opinion, the first case would be a bad christian, but a good person. And the latter, a good christian, but a bad person. It's really impossible to be both at once. Which is why our species just needs to do away with the whole damn thing. lol
